The system will move out this evening, as showers will also taper. Skies will be mostly cloudy with lows in the low 50s, Duluth nearing 53 degrees. Winds will be out of the east at 5-10 mph.
A weak high pressure settles in for Wednesday afternoon, allowing for partly cloudy to partly sunny skies. High temperatures will be in the low 70s, Duluth will hit 71 degrees. Winds will trend from the east south east at 5-10 mph. Lows on Wednesday drop to 55 degrees with partly cloudy skies.
High pressure will slide to the east early in the day on Thursday and winds will shift to be from the south west, therefore bringing in warmer air. High temperatures will climb to the upper 70s, with dew points starting to rise also. A shortwave moves in Thursday evening increasing our cloud cover and bringing a 30% chance of showers.
The shortwave continues to pass through the region, which will continue our shower chances at 40%. This will be very scattered throughout the area. High temperatures will be in the mid to upper 70s, and winds remain out of the southwest at 5-10 mph.
Pop up showers will continue to start the weekend, we will get a brief break Sunday into Monday as high pressure settles in before another round of showers. Temperatures will trend warm this weekend in the upper 70s and low 80s, and dew points in the upper 60s.
