Scattered thunderstorms this afternoon

TODAY/TONIGHT: Today we will see partly cloudy to partly sunny skies. Temperatures will warm up pretty quickly into the mid-70’s by noon, then on into the upper 70’s in the afternoon. There will be a 50% chance of some scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon, mostly after 3pm. Some cells could become severe, with some large hail and damaging winds, but the chance is low. Winds will be a bit breezy out of the west 5-15mph.

Tonight we will see clear skies and calm winds. Lows will fall into the 50’s with winds out of the west 4-8mph.

 

WEDNESDAY: On Wednesday we will see partly cloudy to partly sunny skies. Temperatures will be able to soar into the lower 80’s! Winds will remain out of the west between 10-15mph, so still breezy. There will be a 20% chance of some isolated showers and thunderstorms in the early evening hours.

 

THURSDAY: Thursday we will see a 30% chance of some scattered showers and thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon and mostly south of the Ports. There could be some strong or severe storms then as well. Highs will be in the upper 70’s as a light lake breeze develops to keep the head of the lake cooler for the end of the week.

 

FRIDAY: Friday we will see partly cloudy to partly sunny skies. There will be another 30% chance of some scattered showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the upper 70’s and lower 80’s, but cooler by the lake still.
