Huskies roll past Express, extend division lead

DULUTH, MN – The Duluth Huskies offense once again produced a blowout win, in a 9-1 rout of the Eau Claire Express.

Five different Duluth pitchers combined for the 1-run outing, allowing just five hits. The Huskies improve to 17-10 in the second half of the season, in first place of the Great Plains East Division.

On Friday, the two teams will meet again at Wade Stadium. First pitch is set for 6:35 p.m.
