Huskies cut down by Loggers in home sweep

DULUTH, MN – An early 5-0 deficit was too much for the Duluth Huskies as they lost their second straight home game to the La Crosse Loggers.

The Huskies cut the lead down to two runs in the sixth, but the Loggers shut the door late. Duluth falls out of stand alone first place in the Northwoods League Great Plains East Division, now tied with La Crosse and Eau Claire at 7-7.

Next up, the Huskies will host the Waterloo Bucks at Wade Stadium on Tuesday, June 11th at 6:35 p.m.
