Duluth FC escapes with 2-2 draw against Minnesota TwinStars

DULUTH, MN – Duluth FC escaped their second NPSL match of the season with a 2-2 draw against the Minnesota TwinStars on Saturday night.

After falling into an early 2-0 defecit, Damian Viader got Duluth on the board with a goal in the 80th minute. In the third minute of added time, the TwinStars gifted the Blue Greens an own goal to end the match in a tie.

Duluth moves to 1-0-1 in NPSL play this season. Next up, they’ll travel to Fargo, North Dakota to take on Dakota Fusion FC on Saturday, May 18 at 7:00 p.m.
