Grizzlies advance to Class A State Championship Game

MINNEAPOLIS,MN – For the third straight season, North Woods found themselves in the Class A State Semifinal. The 3 seeded Grizzlies took on 2 seed Ada-Borup at the Target Center.

Midway through the 2nd half, Mason Miller tied the game at 47 with a lay-in.

Under three minutes remaining in regulation, Cade Goggleye drained at three to put the Grizzlies up 52-50.

But it came down to a buzzer beating three pointer by Cade Goggleye. Northwoods defeated Ada-Borup 57-55.

North Woods will face Henning in the Class A Championship game on Saturday at 11 A.M. Game will take place at the Target Center.
