DULUTH,MN – It’s win and you’re in. North Woods looked to earn another spot in the MSHSL Class A State Tournament. But The Grizzlies had to defeat Lakeview Christian Academy.

Behind Cade Googleye’s 31 point performance, North Woods came away with a 78-39 victory.

“Feeling great, great group of kids, they’ve worked very hard. Some of these guys have been with us the whole way. To get back that third time, especially our seniors, our senior captains Chase and Cade, it’s very special.” said head coach Will Kleppe.

“We worked very hard for this, and our coaches preached how fun it was last year and the year before that. We just really wanted this again and we got it done.” said senior guard Cade Goggleye.

North Woods will wait for its State Tournament seed.
