UMD, St. Scholastica crack the top 10 in the latest USCHO polls

DULUTH,MN –  UMD’s series with Western Michigan was a stressful one. On Friday, the Bulldogs lost by one goal in the final 10 seconds of regulation. On Saturday, it took a shootout to give the victory to the Broncos. Despite going going 0-1-1, UMD (10-4-2) has not moved in the latest USCHO polls. The 4th ranked Bulldogs have a break until the Desert Hockey Classic, which takes place on Minnesota State-Makato.

In Division III, St. Scholastica claimed its 6th straight win over the weekend. By moving to 8-1-1 overall, the Saints have moved to from number 15 to number 10 in the latest USCHO polls. St. Scholastica is also ranked 11th in the recent D3HOCKEY.com poll. St. Scholastica will host #5 Augburg this Saturday.
