Yellowjackets split, Hannah Norlin eclipses 1,000 career points

SUPERIOR,WI – The Mertz Mortorelli Gymnasium was rocking as UW-Superior hosted a doubleheader.

In men’s basketball, the Yellowjackets fall to UW-Eau Claire 68-56.Montroy Scott finished with a team high of 24 points and 8 rebounds.

UWS (1-5) is now on a five game losing streak. The team will retake the floor on December 1st when they travel to UW-Stevens Point. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m.


In women’s basketball, UWS welcomed in St. Benedict for its home opener. The Yellowjackets came away with a 77-52.

Senior forward Hannah Norlin finished with a team high of 19 points and 13 rebounds. The Litchfield,MN native now has 1,001 career points.
