MADISON, WI — Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has appointed a new Washburn County Circuit Court Judge following the retirement of Judge Eugene Harrington.

Governor Evers says Angeline Winton, who graduated from Hayward High School, will be the new Circuit Court Judge.
