DULUTH, MN – The city of Duluth is hoping to secure grant dollars to fix several waysides along Scenic Highway 61.

Between back to back fall storms and general wear and tear, the city’s street maintenance teams blocked off traffic to the waysides.

A city spokesperson says the city is calculating repairs and costs and is actively working on several grant applications.

The city wasn’t immediately able to provide a total dollar amount.
