Missing woman spotted in Duluth, likely in Twin Ports region

DULUTH, MN — Authorities say a woman who left the At-Home Living group home facility in Canosia Township was spotted in downtown Duluth.

According to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, Priscilla Sohm, 25, has been in contact with her family throughout the past month since she left the home on July 21; however, she is unwilling to come home or ask for help.

Authorities say Sohm has mental health issues designating her as vulnerable, and is believed to be with a friend named Joseph Reynolds.

The Sheriff’s Office says she was seen in downtown Duluth on August 13, but she was gone before law enforcement could find her.

Officials believe she could still be in the Duluth or Superior area.

Sohm is described as a Native American female with black hair, brown eyes, about 5’8″ and weighs 150 lbs.

She recently went missing for about a month in May before she was found in Superior.

If you see Priscilla, or have any information about her, you’re asked to call the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office Investigative Division at 218-336-4350, or call 911.
