Randorf, O’Halloran-Johnson advance in Duluth District 3 City Council race

DULUTH, MN — We now know who will be facing off to fill a seat currently held by Em Westerlund on the Duluth City Council.

Roz Randorf and Theresa O’Halloran-Johnson will face off on November 5 in the general election, defeating Henry Banks.

Randorf received 47 percent of the vote with 661 votes.

O’Halloran-Johnson received 32 percent of the vote at 454 votes.
