Grand Marais, MN — There’s a good chance you’re doing some fishing if visiting the Grand Marais area.

And a must-stop shop for a lot of fishermen is the Beaver House in the heart of the city.

The exterior is covered in unique art that’s created by local artists.

The inside is filled with fishing gear and specialty lures, handmade by the family that’s owned it for two generations.

“I would say more than fifty-percent of the lures we sell are the ones that we make,” said Owner Tyson Cronberg.

The store has been owned by the Cronberg family for 55 years.
