UWS announces new leadership

SUPERIOR, WI — The University of Wisconsin-Superior is shuffling up its leadership.

Maria Stalzer Wyant Cuzzo has been appointed the interim provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs.

She’s been with the university for 25 years and is currently a professor of legal studies.

Meanwhile, Nicholas Danz will take over the dean of academic affairs and graduate studies title.

He has been with the university for ten years and currently works in academic affairs. He’s also a professor of plant and natural sciences.

Both will move into their roles on July 1st.
