4:11 p.m. UPDATE:Interstate-35 southbound is back open again after a rollover and two separate crashes forced authorities to shutdown two entrances to the freeway Friday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a total of seven vehicles were involved. No one was injured.
Authorities say two entrances onto I-35 southbound had been previously closed off.
3:45 P.M. UPDATE: Authorities say no one was injured when a vehicle rolled over in the I-35 southbound tunnels in Duluth Friday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, two other crashes were also reported.
The crashes have lead to a large traffic backup on Interstate 35 southbound. The State Patrol reports, as of 3:45 p.m. Friday, I-35 southbound from 26th and 21st Ave. East is blocked off until the crashes are cleared.
Sgt. Neil Dickenson with the Minnesota State Patrol said authorities are not sure what caused the crash.
