ST. PAUL, MN – Two new concerts have been added to the lineup for the Grandstand Concert Series at the Minnesota State Fair.
Lionel Richie and Brandi Carlile will be performing this year, with tickets going on sale for both shows on Friday, February 8th.
Richie will perform on Friday August 30 at 7:30 p.m., with tickets going on sale beginning at Noon. Tickets are all reserved seating, beginning at $57.
The Current’s Music On-A-Stick featuring Brandi Carlile will perform Saturday August 31 at 6:30 p.m. with tickets going on sale at 10 a.m. Tickets are all reserved seating, beginning at $51.

In addition, tickets may be purchased at the State Fairgrounds Ticket Office during a limited-time opening from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8. For additional State Fair ticket information, call 651-288-4427.
Special guests for both shows will be announced at a later date.
Richie is one of only two songwriters in history to achieve the honor of having number one records for nine consecutive years, and has sold more than 100 million albums sold around the world.
Carlile has releases seven albums, including her debut major label album, Brandi Carlile, and received a Grammy nomination for Best Americana Album.
