DULUTH, MN — Developers are hoping for 2020 deadline for the 15-story apartment building that’s set to replace the Voyageur Lakewalk Inn, in Duluth.
Members of Duluth’s Chamber of Commerce invited Titanium Partners LLC to speak to the community Thursday morning about the $75 million apartment project.
The managing director says the complex will be called Lake View Apartments, and parking will be available by the medical district ramp, which is behind the apartment building.
He also says a studio will be $1,000 a month, a one bedroom from $1,200 – $1,500 a month, and increase from there.
Managing Director Brian Forcier says hopeful tenants will have a chance to see a model of the building beforehand.
“We will actually be setting up a model office in the heart district for people to come see what the apartments are going to look like, and choose which one they want to be in, and that type of thing. So, I expect the model to be open in the summer of 2019 in the heart district,” said Forcier.
Developers hope to start construction this spring.
