BALSAM LAKE, WI — Another Democrat has decided to not run for Sean Duffy’s former seat in Congress.

On Wednesday, Margaret Engebretson, of Balsam Lake, announced on Twitter she won’t run, after saying weeks ago she was considering a campaign for Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District seat.

However, she says this isn’t the time for her.

As of this time, no democrats are in the race.

Democratic State Representative Nick Milroy also recently announced he won’t run.

Three republicans, Michael Opela Senior, Jason Church, and State Senator Tom Tiffany, have announced their campaigns to replace Duffy.
