Deadlines approaching to get mail out in time for Christmas

(WQOW)– The United States Postal Service expects to deliver nearly 15 billion pieces of mail this holiday season. To make sure your gift arrives in time for Christmas, there are some deadlines you will need to know.

Packages for U.S. Army offices need to be sent by December 11.

The 14th is the deadline for retail ground.

First class mail, packages and priority mail needs to go out by December 20.

The 22nd is the deadline for priority mail express.
