Superior City Council Modifies Animal Ordinance

On Tuesday, the Superior city council modified its animal ordinance allowing pet owners to have more than three dogs or three cats.

People are also allowed to own goats, or small pigs as well as long as they have a fenced in area on their property.

Anybody wanting to own more animals must first fill out an application and have their property inspected.

All applications must go through the Superior Police Department Humane Officer.

Exotic, large, and wild animals are still illegal.
