‘We Are Water’ exhibit showcases stories from Fond du Lac Band

DULUTH, MN — A new exhibit is open to the public at the Great Lakes Aquarium, but only for a limited time.

On Sunday, the Fond du Lac Band presented the traveling “We Are Water Minnesota” exhibit for the first time in Duluth.

Through its partnership among state agencies and host sites, the exhibit was formed to tell Minnesota’s water stories through personal narratives, historical materials, and scientific information.

The interactive exhibit aims to showcase human relationship with water, with a special emphasis on water stories from the Fond du Lac Band community.

The exhibit will be open to the public through April 22nd.
