Bentleyville vandalized during take down process

DULUTH, MN – Bentleyville was vandalized again Thursday, this time during their take down process.

According to the Bentleyville USA Facebook page, thieves sawed off multiple cords and cables.

They also stole 150 gallons of diesel fuel, the motor to the storage tank, and spot lights.

On Dec. 26th, thieves broke a window into the two stores in the Santa Claus line and took off with iPads and equipment.

On Dec. 16th, two people were caught on surveillance video tipping over equipment filled with donated change.

On Dec. 4th and 5th, organizers say a masked duo caused $2,500 in damage to the gift shop, Santa’s House, and the food and toy donation container.

According to Duluth Police, there are no suspects in custody at this time.

Bentleyville is welcoming any information from the public regarding these events.
