Flags ordered to fly at half-staff in honor of Thousand Oaks shooting victims

ST. PAUL, MN — President Donald Trump has ordered all U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings, military posts, naval stations and vessels throughout the country and territories, as well as embassies, legations, consular offices, and all military facilities, vessels, and stations abroad.

Flags must be flown at half-staff beginning immediately, and until sunset on Saturday, November 10th.

The flags are being flown at half-staff out of respect of the victims who died in Thousand Oaks, California.

12 people died in the attack, and the shooter was killed.
