Two DTA routes to be discontinued in the Twin Ports

DULUTH, MN– If you are a frequent rider of the Duluth Transit Authority (DTA) then you will want to know of some changes to the service routes.

At a meeting Tuesday night, the DTA Board of Directors approved changes to the routes, and as of Sunday Aug, 25, 2019, routes 20 and 22 will be discontinued completely.

Route 20 goes from downtown to United Healthcare, while route 22 goes from Lakeside to Lincoln Park.

The DTA Board of Directors also approved a proposed pilot route, which will loop through the Bayfront areaa, plus adding a morning trip to Route 5.

These changes will also be effective August 25.
