SUPERIOR, WI — A family who recently moved to the South End of Superior from Duluth had a little help from their neighbors Wednesday morning.

Manda Goggleye says her two boys, ages 17 and 14, had to walk through high water to get milk the neighbors delivered.

Goggleye says the water came up past their knees.

In addition, she says power lines are down in their yard, which is on South Finn Road.

She says she lived in Duluth her whole life before moving to Superior with her husband and nine kids.
