Mary Jo Kroska

Mary Jo Kroska has been in the television industry since 2000 when she joined the staff at KBJR.  Prior to television, she worked at a large regional newspaper group for 8 years in Northern Minnesota and Northwestern Wisconsin and began her career in broadcasting before that as a radio announcer on air at KUMD-FM. She has TV, radio and print experience covered!

Originally from Winona, Minnesota, Mary Jo moved to Duluth to attend college and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Duluth- go Bulldogs! She is proud that her local station in Duluth covers UMD Sports and local high school sports.

Mary Jo is glad to call Duluth home now and happy to be able to stay to work and live with her family next to beautiful Lake Superior and all the great trails and woods around every corner.  She is a past member of the year for Lake Superior Advertising Federation and a member of Duluth Harbortown Rotary.  Mary Jo loves to ski, hike, cheer on her kids in many activities and to be on the water. She admires all the strong business owners she encounters and the great work ethic this area of the North embraces.
