Christmas city of the North Parade forecast

Duluth, MN– The Christmas City of the North parade is here and the forecast is looking decent.

Our meteorologists say skies will remain Mostly Cloudy throughout the day with temperatures topping out in the upper 20s, however, temperatures will be falling in the afternoon.

Heading towards the start of the parade, temperatures will be in the mid to upper 20s with mostly cloudy skies and wind speeds around 5-15 mph, so expect wind chills down in the mid to upper teens.
