Police: Missing Bemidji woman found in Montana ‘in good health and unharmed’


BEMIDJI, MN-- The missing 23-year-old reported by authorities earlier this week has been found "in good health and unharmed."

The Bemidji Police Department posted to social media saying Stephanie Chupp, 23, was last seen Monday, September 13, around 6:45 a.m. and they needed the public's help in locating her.

On Thursday, police were told Chupp may be at a business in Lincoln County, Montana area of Eureka.

Bemidji Police Detectives collaborated with Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies and located Chupp.

Deputies spoke with Chupp who traveled alone and verified she had left Bemidji under no duress.

Police thanked all officers involved in the investigation, the Chupp family, the Christian Aid Ministries MN Search and Rescue Team and the St. Louis Park MN Police Department.

BEMIDJI, MN– Authorities with the Bemidji Police Department say a 23-year-old woman has been missing since Monday morning.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Stephanie Chupp, 23, who was last seen in the Nymore area on Sept. 13, around 6:45 a.m.

Stephanie is 5’02” and 200 lbs, blue eyes, and brown hair.

According to the Facebook post, she may have been in a white Pontiac Grand Prix, LIC 655RVZ.
