TODAY: We'll see a few clouds this morning, but high pressure quickly clears our skies into the later morning hours. Highs reach the upper 30s to mid 40s, with temperatures slightly cooler by the lake due to a breeze at 4-8 MPH out of the east. Partly cloudy skies move in overnight with lows in the 20s and teens.
SATURDAY: We'll begin the day with partly cloudy skies near Lake Superior. Once again, high pressure clears our skies into the later morning hours, with highs reaching the upper 30s to mid 40s. Areas near the lake will be slightly cooler with a breeze out of the ESE at 5-10 MPH. We become partly cloudy overnight as a surface trough approaches us.
SUNDAY: Breezy conditions out of the SSW at 5-15 MPH help to bring warmer temperatures! We'll see highs in the upper 40s to mid 50s. I wouldn't be surprised to see a stray 60°F in the southwestern corner of the region! Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy as well.
NEXT WEEK: 40s and 50s continue for Monday, with some areas having a shot at 60° for Tuesday! Models continue to bring a midweek system into the Northland. This brings a chance for rain, mixed with a little snow at times. Check back for updates as we get closer!
Have a great weekend!
