Fire damages Virginia apartment building

VIRGINIA, MN -- An investigation is underway after fire damaged an apartment building in Virginia.

Flames broke out around 5 p.m. Friday at the building on Sixth Street South.

Officials tell us fire broke out along an exterior wall.

Several departments responded and quickly put it out.

No one was hurt and no one was displaced.

The cause is unclear, but an investigator tells us it is not suspicious.
