Bulldog women’s basketball picks up home opener victory over Minot State

DULUTH, MN. -- The University of Minnesota Duluth women's basketball team picked up win number two on the young season, defeating Minot State 83-65.

The Bulldogs only had nine active players available as some of the team was quarantined after a Winona State player tested positive after the game against the Bulldogs on January 2nd.

Brooke Olson lead the way for the Bulldogs with 22 points, while Taytum Rhoades added 19.

The Bulldogs and the Beavers meet again Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m.
