SUPERIOR, WI -- The Twin Ports group formed after a mid-air collision over Lake Superior seven years ago gave back to the community once again Tuesday.

Miracle Eleven, Inc. donated a total o $5,000 to the Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank, CHUM and the Salvation Army of Superior.

The money comes from the licensing of the video of that crash involving the eleven skydivers seen on national television.

Organizers say they are grateful to give back to the community.

"To help feed people especially during a COVID-19 year like this, it makes us feel good and hopefully it's something that people will receive a direct benefit from. It's not some abstract thing out there. It is really a concrete way to help," said President of Miracle Eleven Inc, Mike Robinson.

The group says they've since restored one of the planes involved in the crash.
