Wisconsin man accused of crashing into horse and buggy faces felony charges

WASHBURN COUNTY, WI -- The man who crashed into a horse and buggy filled with children, now faces 4 felony charges.

67-year-old Robert Dulian of Sarona, Wisconsin is charged with four counts of Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle.

The crash happened December 7 in Washburn County, near Birchwood.

The Sheriff's Office says five kids were riding in a horse-drawn buggy, when it was rear-ended by a truck Dulian was driving.

Two of the children were taken to the hospital.

The horse was killed.

Dulian was arrested, because officers say he was drunk.

He's due back in court in late January.
