2 in custody following shots fired call, crash on Blatnik Bridge

SUPERIOR, WI -- Two people are in police custody following a shots fired called outside a strip club in Superior's North End.

Police say an altercation led to gun fire outside Lady Vi's shortly before 12:30 a.m. Saturday.

One person was hospitalized for injuries sustained in the altercation.

Three others drove from the scene and later crashed on the Blatnik Bridge, police said.

The trio ran from the crash but were eventually picked up by Duluth Police.

One of the individuals found to be in possession of a firearm believed to have been involved in the shooting and was taken into custody by the Duluth Police Department.

One of the suspects was hospitalized for injuries suffered in the crash.

No one was shot in the incident, police said.

Editor's note- A previous version of this story stated that four individuals were taken into custody. Upon police clarification, the story has been corrected to say that two individuals are in custody in connection to this incident.
