Dramatic third-period rally powers UMD past Denver

OMAHA, Neb. -- For the second straight night, the UMD men's hockey game has escaped with a comeback win at the NCHC Pod in Omaha.

The third ranked Bulldogs pulled out a 2-1 over fourth ranked Denver, after trailing 1-0 after two periods.

Kobe Roth and Jackson Cates scored for UMD, with assists going to Nick Swaney and Noah Cates. UMD improves to 2-0 on the season, while Denver falls to 0-1.
