DULUTH, MN -- The one-day 'Winter Clothing Drive' is happening again in Duluth, providing necessary supplies to a community in need.
This is the 2nd annual clothing drive to provide area kids and families with winter supplies and clothing necessities to help them stay warm.
Program leaders asked for new or gently-used winter coats, hats, mittens, and blankets.
Organizers say especially with the pandemic, more people need help this year.
"People need extra love and there's so many people with hardships with job losses or cut backs and we're so happy to do what we can and to love on those kids and to provide for them," said Bonnie Jacobson, a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner.
Farmer’s Insurance Agency, Ogston’s Body & Paint, and DLH Clothing all took part.
