SUPERIOR, WI. -- Rain, snow, and cold temperatures didn't stop the UW-Superior baseball and men's soccer team from holding a day of scrimmages amongst themselves.

The baseball team will begin their season in the spring, but for the men's soccer team, still being able to play despite COVID-19 postponing their season, is crucial for all involved.

"It's vital for them to continue to train and develop but then to have that care at the end of the week and getting a chance to play even though it's against our own teammates there is still a very competitive edge there and guys want to win," said men's soccer head coach Joe Mooney.
