MOUNTAIN IRON, MN -- An Iron Range School is moving to distance learning only amidst a COVID-19 outbreak.
The Superintendent for Mountain Iron-Buhl, Dr. Reggie Engebritson said Wednesday, a combination of 11 staff members and students tested positive recently.
They will now move from entirely in-person learning to online learning only.
The distance learning will begin on October 21st, and last until October 30th, with students and staff returning on November 2nd.
Teachers will use October 19th and 20th as planning days to transition to the new learning style.
