DULUTH, MN -- Just one week after hearing from the community, the future of Duluth's Historic Old Central School is now on a clearer path.
During a special meeting Tuesday, the school board unanimously approved a resolution that paves the way for the future sale of the school should an offer come on the table. It wasn't clear if there is an offer on the table at this point.
This comes after the district put the school on the market earlier this year citing financial hardships.
District officials said Tuesday, they are looking into ways to relocate all staff and programs currently housed within the historic school.
