CLOQUET, Minn. -- In a season filled with so much uncertainty, Section 7A girls cross country runners were finally able to cross the finish line.
Without an MSHSL State Cross Country Meet on the horizon, Monday's Section 7A Championships served as this year's big culminating event for runners.
Pequot Lakes' freshman Calia Chaney brought home top individual honors for the second straight year, with a time of 18:48.6. The Patriots also won the section title with all 7 runners in the top 64.
Duluth Marshall junior Keegan McAuliffe came in second with a time of 19:41.2.
