DULUTH, Minn. -- Football is officially making it's return to night in the state of Minnesota.
The Minnesota State High School League reversed their initial ruling to postpone football until the spring, and teams will start a six-game season tonight (Friday, October 9).
Schools are allowed to host fans on a limited basis, depending on the specific rules in guidelines in individual communities and districts. Many games will also be streamed online tonight for fans unable to attend games.
