Today the Second Harvest Heartland gave an update on their home teams versus Hunger Campaign. The cooperative effort has partnered the Second Harvest with all of Minnesota's sports teams including the Vikings, Wild, Timberwolves, and Twins.
Team executives met with Second Harvest organizers to announce they've successfully raised more than $45,000 which equals roughly 137,000 meals for children and families in need.
