Candlelit vigil at Duluth City Hall in memory of RBG

DULUTH, MN-- Twin Ports community members gathered outside Duluth City Hall for a candlelit vigil in honor of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who died Friday.

People were asked to bring candles and masks.

There was a moment of silence in her honor.

The event started at 8 P.M. and was supposed to go until 9 P.M.
