GRAND RAPIDS, MN-- Heavy rain led to dangerous flooding in Grand Rapids.
In some areas, water completely covered the road. Some cars drove through it. We had reports of up to a foot of standing water in some places, which is enough to float a car.
The water was high enough that one car appeared to have stalled out. A truck was trying to pull it to dry land.
We're still waiting on official totals, but radar indicates five to six inches of rain fell there in the last 24 hours.
