DULUTH, MN-- Duluth Police are investigating two sperate shootings on Saturday to determine if they may be linked.

The first shooting happened around 7 P.M. in the area of the 100 Block of East #3 Alley in the Hillside neighborhood.

When police responded they found 25-year-old Stephan Jordan Hall who had been shot.

Hall was transported to a Duluth area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The second shooting happened around 11 P.M. on Saturday in the area of 56th Ave. W. and Raleigh St. in West Duluth.

It is reported that multiple shots were fired at a vehicle with two passengers, both narrowly escaped serious injury.

Duluth Police Chief Mike Tusken said the department has been dealing with gun incidents all week.

“These shootings cap off a week where police recovered four guns during four separate gun incidents. The incidents last evening demonstrate once again that we have guns in the hands of people who shouldn’t have them and who are willing to use guns without regard for the sanctity of life or concern for community safety,” Chief Tusken said.

The suspect vehicle in the first incident is described as a white Grand Prix with MN license plate number 870 WBC.
