TODAY: Phew!! Take a deep breath, we're finally settling down after a couple days of numerous severe weather warnings! High pressure continues to build into our region, which will bring us mostly cloudy skies and highs in the upper 70's and lower 80's. Overall, it'll be a very pleasant day. Winds will be a bit breezy out of the WNW at 5-15 MPH. Mostly clear skies continue overnight with lows in the upper 50's.
SATURDAY: A lingering surface trough brings partly cloudy skies. As we head into the afternoon, we'll see a 20% chance of scattered showers. Highs will be in the upper 70's. Partly cloudy skies continue through the overnight with lows in the upper 50's.
SUNDAY: High pressure sits to our north, which will place an inverted ridge over our region. An east breeze at 4-8 MPH will keep us cooler by the lake in the afternoon hours. Skies will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 70's. Mostly clear to partly cloudy skies continue through the overnight with lows in the upper 50's.
MONDAY: Highs will be around 80°F with partly cloudy skies. We'll see a chance for showers and thunderstorms moving in overnight, with lows around 60°F.
MID-WEEK: We'll see a 50% chance of showers and t-storms for Tuesday. Highs will remain slightly above average heading into the middle of the week with a couple chances for some showers and thunderstorms.
