Few more showers & T-Storms before heat kicks up

AFTERNOON/TONIGHT: This afternoon we will see partly sunny skies across the region. However there will be some additional clouds and some fog around Lake Superior, especially in the Ports and North Shore. There will be a minor chance of a stray showers or thunderstorms, otherwise mostly cloudy into tonight. Lows will be in the mid-60’s.

WEDNESDAY: Wednesday morning there will be a 30% chance of some showers and thunderstorms, mostly in Minnesota. Highs will climb into the upper 70’s and lower 80’s with southeast winds keeping it cooler by the lake.

In the afternoon/early evening there will be another chance of showers and thunderstorms as a front passes. There’s a small risk of a severe thunderstorms as well with the greatest threat being damaging winds.  

THURSDAY: Thursday we will see mostly sunny skies across much of the region. Highs will be in the upper 80’s and lower 90’s with winds out of the WSW 5-10mph. There will be a 30% chance of some scattered T-Storms in Wisconsin for the afternoon.  

FRIDAY: On Friday we will see mostly sunny skies as high pressure sits over the region. Highs will be in the upper 80’s and some lower 90’s. Winds will be out of the SSE 5-10mph, so the North Shore will get a break from the heat.
