ST. LOUIS CO., MN -- St. Louis County officials have announced more areas to be reappraised in 2020, with new precautions being taken due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the release, the reappraisal is part of the 2021 assessment for taxes payable in 2022.
The County Assessor's Office say they won't be knocking on doors, making personal introductions, or going inside any buildings due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They'll be viewing properties from a marked "St. Louis County" vehicle.
Below are the areas that will be physically visited by an appraiser this year:
-Duluth Heights and Piedmont neighborhoods in Duluth
-Northern rural parts of Hibbing
