DULUTH, MN -- Duluth Mayor Emily Larson weighed in on the Governor's stay at home order Thursday.
Larson says she agrees with the governor's action and is confident Duluth will make it through this.
"I have really appreciated the governor's very strong position on ensuring public health. It really alines with what our position is at the city if Duluth. No one likes to do this, it isn't particularly enjoyable, fun, it's very inconvenient, but I know it's the right choice for public health," said Larson.
She also made it clear that officials will not be actively enforcing this stay-at-home policy.
But if they see large non-essential groups together, that is when law enforcement could be used.
